Refunds
Due to the nature of the items provided all sales are final.
Please review your order and confirm measurements and any other custom details are correct. Wigs Fit For A Queen LLC is not responsible for improper measuring and errors on other details provided to us. Please make sure you’ve properly measured your head.

Shipping
S.Y.O.B. wig orders and custom crown orders are 14-21 business days from date ordered. Please plan accordingly if any events are scheduled.
Pictures and tracking details are emailed to you 3-5 business days from your given completion date. You will receive a order confirmation email that includes date of completion.
Ready to ship units ship the following business day if no additional services are added to the wig unit. During holidays or promotional sales please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. You will be provided with a tracking confirmation via email once your package has shipped. Signature is required upon delivery of package to address on file, no exceptions!

Orders are shipped through USPS and signature is required on all orders. No exception. Please confirm shipping address given is correct. Orders will not be shipped to other address requested if they are not on file.
